Nolin is a campus commerce platform that enables students, staff, vendors, cafeterias, canteens, and institutions to manage food ordering, queue reduction, pickup workflows, and related services.
Nolin is a technology platform that facilitates order placement, queue management, communication, and pickup coordination between users and participating vendors.
Nolin does not prepare, cook, package, manufacture, store, transport, or serve food.
All food items, ingredients, preparation methods, hygiene standards, allergen disclosures, nutritional information, food safety practices, and service quality are the sole responsibility of the respective vendor.
Any complaint relating to food quality, freshness, quantity, ingredients, allergies, food poisoning, contamination, preparation methods, or vendor conduct must be directed to the responsible vendor.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nolin shall not be liable for food quality issues, health impacts, allergic reactions, foodborne illnesses, vendor negligence, or disputes arising from products or services supplied by third-party vendors.
Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on order status, vendor policies, payment status, and operational circumstances.
Nolin reserves the right to investigate disputes and determine appropriate resolutions where applicable.
Nolin, its branding, logos, software, designs, content, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
Nolin may modify, suspend, update, or discontinue services at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nolin shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, suspected abuse, fraud, security concerns, or legal requirements.
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of Nolin after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
